Cole Frederick graduated from Texas Christian University with a degree in entrepreneurial management. He has been involved in the oil and gas/land business for over 10 years, dating back to the summers in between semesters in college while working for a brokerage company in Houston. After graduation, Cole continued in the profession, working as a landman in North Texas. In 2014, thanks to many mentors and crew chiefs imparting their knowledge along the way, Cole founded Peak Land Services along with Co-Founder, Mitchell Eberenz.
Over the past six years, Cole has helped expand Peak’s footprint across Texas, New Mexico, Oklahoma, and most recently, California. He has furthered Peak’s expertise in facilitating mineral purchases, assisting with due diligence projects involving complex title, and creating value for clients via identifying opportunity in land that they might capitalize on. In addition to working with traditional clients, Cole puts an emphasis on collaborating with law firms in the event they need assistance with acquisition due diligence, lien filing, etc.
Cole is currently continuing his higher education by studying Geographic Information Systems at UT-Dallas. Outside of work and furthering his education, Cole is passionate about spending quality time with family. Cole and his wife are adding a second little girl to the group in mid-2020. He also enjoys exercising, snow skiing, hiking, community with friends, and traveling.
