A Business Degree from TCU with a focus on Energy Technology Management, and a Graduate Certificate in GIS from UTD, coupled with over a decade of field landman experience and a hunger for continued education has helped Mitchell guide and grow Peak Land Services over the last 6 years. Mitchell Eberenz, and Co-Founder Cole Frederick, were recognized by INC Magazine for being one of the fastest startups in 2018. Mitchell has written multiple industry articles on the land business featured in various publications, and was invited to guest lecture at Texas Tech’s Energy Commerce Program. Mitchell has managed Surface, Oil and Gas, and ROW projects in Texas, New Mexico, Oklahoma, and California to name a few. Mitchell specializes in Title Research, Drafting, Due Diligence, Leasing and Negotiations, GIS, Management, and Site Acquisition.

Mitchell strives to learn something new every day, and truly enjoys the land business!

When not working Mitchell enjoys spending time with his wife and 2-year-old son, working out, going to concerts, and reading books on business & real estate.
